Halloween Horror Nights 35 is almost here, and Universal Orlando is giving guests another reason to scream — food!The highly anticipated food and beverage lineup for this year’s event has been revealed, featuring a mix of creative new dishes, returning favorites, spooky desserts and themed drinks.

Halloween Horror Nights 35 takes place on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026, at Universal Studios Florida. The event celebrates 35 years of Halloween Horror Nights with the terrifying “Infernal Carnival of Nightmares,” led by legendary icons Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow.

A Menu Made for Horror Fans

This year’s food lineup features dishes inspired by the event’s haunted houses, characters and horror icons. Among the highlights are several wild creations that look just as entertaining as they sound.

One of the biggest standouts is the Rigatoni Ritual Pie, combining pizza with rigatoni a la vodka, garlic butter, cheese, crispy sausage and pesto.

If you’re looking for something particularly unusual, the Jack & Odd Dog features a foot-long hot dog served on a purple ube bun with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos cheese and peppers.

Another hearty option is the Torn to Shreds Pork Sandwich, served with spicy jalapeño slaw on a Hawaiian pretzel roll.

Savory Bites and Returning Favorites

Guests can also look forward to dishes including Lasagna Burn, Birria Pizza Fries and Death Bringer Tempura Shrimp.

And yes, Pizza Fries are back for another year. The fan-favorite has become one of the foods many Halloween Horror Nights guests look forward to enjoying while making their way through the event.

Universal has also revealed food and drinks tied to some of this year’s major themes and experiences, including Annie’s Juke Joint Catfish & Grits, Slide Guitar Smash, El’s Battery Jerky, Hopper’s Recharger, Cenobite’s Kiss and Pleasure & Pain Brain.

Don’t Forget Dessert

The desserts are getting their own horror makeover this year.

One of the most eye-catching treats is the Meat Grinder Red Velvet, a creepy dessert designed to resemble maggots. It combines ground red velvet cake, raspberry jam and puffed rice for a gruesome — but hopefully delicious — Halloween treat.

There’s also The Prince of Darkness Cake, part of the Ozzy Osbourne-inspired offerings at this year’s event.

Food Inspired by the Horror

One of the best parts of Halloween Horror Nights is how the event extends beyond the haunted houses. Universal’s culinary team creates food and beverages that connect directly to the stories, characters and atmosphere throughout the park.

This year’s menu continues that tradition, with offerings inspired by everything from Jack and Oddfellow to Stranger Things and Ozzy Osbourne.

Universal describes the event’s food and beverages as chef-inspired offerings designed to complement the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares theme.

With the food lineup now being revealed, the final pieces of Halloween Horror Nights 35 are coming together.

The 35th anniversary event will feature 10 haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, street experiences and themed food and drinks across Universal Studios Florida.

For horror fans, that means there will be plenty to experience between haunted houses — whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a full meal or a ridiculously themed dessert.

Halloween Horror Nights 35 begins August 28, 2026, and runs on select nights through November 1, 2026.
