New Popup menu revealed for Diamond Horseshoe

Disney Reveals New Pop-Up Menu Coming to The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom
Disney is bringing a brand-new dining experience to The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom, transforming the Liberty Square restaurant into a limited-time pop-up featuring a variety of Western-inspired dishes, specialty beverages and cocktails.
The new experience is scheduled to begin October 4, 2026, giving Walt Disney World guests another unique dining option as the fall and holiday seasons get underway.
A New Take on The Diamond Horseshoe
Located in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom, The Diamond Horseshoe has long been known for its Western-themed atmosphere and hearty family-style meals.
For this limited-time pop-up, Disney is changing things up with a menu designed around shareable small plates rather than the restaurant’s traditional all-you-care-to-enjoy format.
Guests will be able to sample several different dishes while enjoying the restaurant’s classic Old West setting.
What’s on the Menu?
The new menu features a mix of barbecue, Tex-Mex-inspired dishes, snacks and shareable plates.
Some of the highlights include:
- Sweet Golden Corn Fritters with cilantro ranch and red chili honey
- Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends, served with warm tortilla chips
- Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps
- Chipotle Chicken Tostada with queso fresco, lime crema and pickled cactus salsa
- Charcuterie featuring cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, cheeses and pickles
- Mini Hot Dog Platter with pastry-wrapped hot dogs, tortilla chips and queso
The combination gives the new Diamond Horseshoe experience a distinctly Western barbecue and saloon-inspired feel.
Specialty Drinks
The pop-up isn’t just about the food. Disney is also introducing several specialty non-alcoholic beverages.
Guests can choose from drinks including:
- Orange Cream Soda
- Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream
- Enchanting Ember Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey
- Enchanted Grove Lime Splash with cucumber and mint
For adult guests, the menu also includes several cocktails, including the Cactus Rose Margarita, High Plains Huckleberry, Rattler Rum Punch, Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade and Coal’d Fashioned.
A seasonal In Holiday Fashion cocktail will also join the menu during the Christmas season.
When Can You Visit?
The Diamond Horseshoe pop-up is scheduled to begin October 4, 2026.
Reservations are scheduled to open September 29, 2026.
There is one important scheduling note for Halloween fans: the pop-up will not operate during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. However, guests attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be able to enjoy the experience during the holiday season.
With its combination of shareable dishes, specialty drinks and Old West atmosphere, the new Diamond Horseshoe pop-up could be an interesting addition to a Magic Kingdom day this fall and winter.
